DoSelect has enabled team contests which would allow the recruiters to engage upto 10 participants as a part of a single team at once. The new workflows for the Team contests are given below.
Team Contest Creation:
The admin has the option to define the following for a contest from the Settings Tab:
- Whether the contest is individual or team.
- What is the minimum and maximum team size.
Team Reports:
- The recruiter would have access to all the valid teams from their dashboard:
- The recruiter can view all the Reports where they would be able to gauge the performance of the teams
- The admin would also have access to the excel reports which would outline the performance of the team against all the other competitors.
