The integration of Contest with Naukri would enable the recruiters to target, brand and eventually drive registrations for the contests they are hosting from DoSelect.

  • Once the contest product has been enabled in your account by the DoSelect team, the following contest icon would start appearing on your dashboard.
  • Clicking on the Contest Tab will take you to the Contest Dashboard which is the place where you would be able to access all your contests.

  • Here you can use the "Create New Contest" button to start creating a new contest. After filling in all the basic contest details, you would be taken to the landing page creation. The landing page creation is an important step as the candidate takes the decision to participate in the contest based on the details entered here.
  • The landing page creation steps include:
    • Uploading a contest banner
    • Including an About the Contest section
    • Including an About the Organization Section
    • Including Prizes, Themes etc. for the contest to attract audience
  • Next, you will be asked to create the assessment within the test based on which you would be testing the candidates. You can either create your own questions, use questions from your own company library or use the DoSelect library and select from over 1,00,000+ questions!
  • Post this, you land on the Settings tab where you can:
    • Adjust the Registration and Contest Window according to your requirements.
    • Adjust the Number of Phases
    • Access Type of Contests (Public or Invite-Only)
    • Naukri Sourcing Enablement (if you have purchased the sourcing feature).
    • If the Sourcing Feature has been enabled, you need to enter the criteria based on which this contest would be promoted amongst the Naukri jobseekers.
    • The details to be specified are:
      • Number of candidates you want to source for this contest
      • Experience Level
      • Current Location of Candidates (Cities)
      • Key skills of the candidates
      • Preferred Gender
    • Once all the settings are done, the contest can be published.
    • Post publishing, you can start inviting candidates to your contest:
    • You will have both individual and bulk invite options available.
    • The Participant tab will give you a Live view of all the candidates at the various stages of the contest:
    • Once the contest has gone live, the candidates can see the contest details on the DoSelect contest tab:
    • If sourcing has been enabled, the qualified Naukri users would be able to see the contest widgets within their Naukri profiles across the Desktop website, Android and iOS app:
    • Once the candidate has attempted the contest, you can evaluate the candidate performance through the Excel and HTML reports:
    • The candidates would be able to see the Final Leaderboard and their rank once the result has been generated on the contest page:
