The error "Your browser is blocking the webcam. Please enable the webcam from your browser settings and try again" means your Camera is not accessible to the browser. This can happen if camera permission is denied either at the system/device level or browser level.

System Level Settings:

1. Open Settings on your device.

2. Go to Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll down to the App Permissions section and click on Camera.

4. Check if Let apps access your camera is turned ON. If not, kindly enable it.

5. Ensure that Let desktop apps access your camera is also turned ON. If disabled, kindly enable it.

Browser Level Settings:

Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
1. Click on the Tune icon in the browser address bar.
1. Click on the Camera icon in the browser address bar.
2. Turn on the Radio button for Camera.
2. Click on Blocked Temporarily option to unblock camera access.
3. Ensure that the Camera access is turned ON.
3. Reload the page to apply the updated settings.

4. Reload the page.
4. Click on Start Assessment.
5. Click on Start Assessment.
5. When prompted, click on Allow to grant permission.
