Overview

This feature allows interviewers to modify their previously submitted feedback on candidate interviews. This can be initiated by a request from an Admin or Recruiter. This ensures that feedback can be corrected, updated with additional insights, or adjusted as needed.

Who can use this feature?

  • Interviewers: Can edit their feedback when requested by an Admin or Recruiter.
  • Admin & Recruiters: Can request interviewers to revise their feedback.

Use Cases

  • Correcting Errors: An interviewer realizes they made a mistake in a rating or comment after submitting their feedback.
  • Adding Missed Information: An interviewer remembers a crucial detail about the candidate after submitting their initial feedback.
  • Responding to Recruiter Requests: A Recruiter needs the interviewer to elaborate on specific points or provide further clarification.


How to Edit Your Feedback (for Interviewers)

You will receive an email notification if an Admin or Recruiter has requested you to revise your feedback.


  1. Receive Email Notification
  2. Click the Edit Link: Within the email, you will find a button or a link (e.g., "Edit Feedback"). Click on this link.
  3. Access the Feedback Form: Clicking the link will direct you to the feedback form for the relevant candidate. The form will be pre-filled with your previously submitted feedback.
  4. Review and Edit:Carefully review your initial feedback. You can now modify the following fields:
  5. bmitting your revised feedback, you will see a confirmation message on the screen (likely a "Thank You" page).
  6. Notification to Recruiter: The Admin or Recruiter who requested the revision will receive an email notification that you have updated your feedback.


Important Notes for Interviewers:

  • Link Expiry: The link provided in the feedback revision request email will expire after 24 hours. Please ensure you review and edit your feedback within this timeframe.
  • Maximum Revision Requests: An Admin or Recruiter may request a revision a maximum of 3 times for your feedback.
