This guide provides a comprehensive overview of the DoSelect AI Interview platform, outlining features and workflows for Recruiters, Administrators, and Candidates.

This section details the functionalities available to users responsible for creating, managing, and evaluating interviews.
The Recruiter Dashboard
The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring all interview activity within your organization.
Interview Funnel Analytics
At the top of the dashboard, you will find key performance metrics for a selected date range:
Total Candidates Invited: A total count of all candidates invited to any interview (including cancelled and expired interviews).
Candidates Interviewed: The number of candidates who have completed an interview and have a status of "selected", "rejected", "on hold", or any of the AI-verdicts ("weak fit", "strong fit", "potential fit").
Candidates Selected: A count of candidates with the final status "selected" marked by recruiters of a company
Candidates On-Hold: A count of candidates with the final status "on hold" marked by recruiters of a company
Total Time Saved: An estimated value calculated based on the total number of candidates interviewed.
Creating a New AI Interview
The platform uses a powerful AI assistant, "DoIQ", to help you build effective interviews quickly.
Step 1: Start the Creation Process
Click the "Create New Interview" button. This will launch the DoIQ interface.
For first-time users, a brief onboarding will appear.
Step 2: Upload a Job Description (JD)
You will be prompted to upload a Job Description file.
The system will parse the JD and automatically extract and suggest the following details:
Job Role
Years of Experience
Interview Duration: Defaults to 15 minutes, but can be adjusted (minimum 10 mins, maximum 30 mins).
Step 3: Auto-Generated Questions
Based on the JD, the system will automatically generate a set of conversational interview questions.
Each question is designed to be answered by an average candidate in approximately 3 minutes.
The total interview duration is automatically calculated based on the sum of the solving times for all included questions.
Step 4: Customize the Questions
You have full control over the generated questions:
Edit: Modify the question description, solving time, and associated skill tags.
Delete: Remove a question from the interview. A confirmation prompt will
Add New Question: Manually add your own custom questions. You must provide a question description, solving time, and at least one skill tag
Managing Interviews & Inviting Candidates
Once an interview is created, you can invite candidates.
Inviting Candidates in Bulk:
Select the interview and choose the option to invite candidates.
You can upload a list of candidates via a CSV file. A template is provided which only requires the candidates' email addresses.
The system validates the CSV, displaying the number of valid and invalid emails found. You can download a list of the invalid emails.
The system will proceed to send invites to all valid email addresses.
Scheduling the Interview Window:
Start Date and Time: When the interview becomes accessible.
End Date and Time: When the interview link expires.
Flexible Time Slot: Candidates can start the AI interview anytime within the scheduled window. For example, if the window is 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM, a candidate can start at 12:59 PM and will still be given the full interview duration.
Viewing Candidate Progress & Results
The Candidate Panel lists all candidates invited to a specific interview.
Search: You can search for candidates by name or email.

Interview Status: Shows the current state (e.g., Invited, Started, Completed, Selected, Rejected, On-Hold, Weak Fit, Potential Fit, Strong Fit).
Completed Interview Details: For candidates who have finished, you can see:
Interview Duration: The time they took.
Violation Information: A summary of any proctoring flags (e.g., "Negligible violations").
The Candidate Report
Clicking on a candidate opens their detailed report.
Candidate Name, Email, and the final AI Verdict (Weak Fit, Potential Fit, Strong Fit).
The Interview Duration
A dropdown menu for you to set the final Overall Verdict: Selected, On-Hold, or Rejected.
AI-Powered Insights:
Overall Summary: A comprehensive, AI-generated summary of the candidate's performance across all questions and proctoring data.
Skill-Wise Score: A breakdown of the candidate's proficiency against the key skills identified for the role and Justification
Holistic Evaluation: A section to review the candidate's specific details on specific tenets : Experience ; Job Related Skills , Soft Skills ; Problem Solving
Proctoring Details: Access to the full proctoring report and the recorded interview video player.
