Organizations today believe in a transparent, open culture to provide a healthy candidate experience. In such a case, they prefer to send the test report to the candidates as well. To enable the same for your organization, follow the steps mentioned below:
- On your dashboard, click on Tests.
- Click on any test. That will lead you to the next page. On the left side of the page, you will notice the Settings option.
- Hover to Advanced Settings, you should be able to spot the Send report to the candidate after the test ends option under the Reporting Settings section.
- By default, this option is on. As soon as the test is over you will get your report.
- Click Save Details and you're all set.
