A healthy candidate experience demands engagement at every step of the hiring process. Organizations prefer being in touch after the test ends too; even if it is to show a simple gesture of gratitude by saying "Thank you for taking the test". It leaves a lasting impression on the candidates. Read the instructions below to set up your own engagement touch-point:
- On your dashboard, click on Tests.
- Click on any test. That will lead you to the next page. On the left side of the page, you will notice the Settings option.
- Hover over Advanced Settings. You should be able to spot the Post-test confirmation option under the Report Settings section.
- By default, this option is on. You can customize the message that is sent to the candidates after they've completed the test.
- Click Save Details and you're all set.
