What are Global scoring preferences?
It specifies penalty percentage and scoring for problem types in your library. These values will be used as defaults when you create new problems.
Go to your dashboard and click on your profile picture to open up a menu and click on Team Settings > Click on the Configure> button to move ahead to the next page out of the several tabs. You will see the Global scoring preferences option under >Invitation Settings.
Click on the checkbox “Specify default scores and the penalty for problems in your library”. You are good to go.
