Setting up the test reminders.

A good candidate experience is all about the level of engagement during each stage of the hiring process. DoSelect enables you to do that seamlessly. Here is how you can set up personalized reminders and increase the conversion ratio of test applications:

• On your dashboard, click on Tests.
• Click on any test. That will lead you to the next page. On the left side of the pane, you will see the Settings option.
• Hover over the Advanced Settings. You should be able to see the Reminders option under the Invitation Settings section.
• Personalize the reminder emails to candidates. Reminders is a powerful and versatile email notification system that provides seamless communication between our users. Leverage the opportunity and enter a small, to the point, witty message to encourage them.
• Send an email reminder to candidates before the test.
• Click Save Details and voila! You're all set.
